Moore Blatch Resolve attracts leading solicitor
Moore Blatch Resolve, the specialist personal injury and clinical negligence arm of leading law firm Moore Blatch, has recruited one of the UK’s leading Education Law specialists.
Leena Hurloll is one of the UK’s leading Education Law specialists with a wealth of experience in representing children and their families. Having been individually recognised in the Legal 500 and Legal Expert Directory, Leena’s experience across the spectrum of Education Law includes special education needs, exclusions and children who have not been allocated a place at their choice of school.
Her expert knowledge has been applied to challenge decisions resulting in failure to provide transport, helping parents through complaints procedures, resolving parental disputes with schools and challenging Local Authority decisions regarding student support. Uniquely, she has extensive experience in advising Local Authorities and consequently is best placed to offer advice and perspective to parents who wish to challenge its decisions.
