Will I get any money I pay back?
In English Law the loser pays the winner’s costs. This means that if successful it is likely that all legal costs will be recovered from the Defendant. If you have incurred the cost of obtaining your medical records and other investigation costs, these will very likely be recovered in full, in addition to any damages awarded. In all cases we endeavour to put in place funding arrangements and ensure that our clients are insured against the possibility of losing their claim.
